W&S charges a fixed fee to do all the shopping for you, and you decide what you want to invest in on your timeline. E-DESIGN SERVICES
décor only e-design
This process consists of an online style questionnaire, with the option of a phone or zoom consultation and two rounds of design board revisions.
Your personalized design will encompass lighting fixtures, textiles, and décor. Our design package includes comprehensive design boards, a detailed shopping list, and easy-to-follow installation guides.

After an easy online questionnaire, we have a kickoff call, and review two design board rounds. Your design covers furniture, fixtures, textiles, and décor. The package includes design boards, a 2D/3D floor plan, a shopping list, and install guides. We source items from top retailers and our exclusive Wind & Stone Designs shop, powered by SideDoor, offering seamless one-click checkout!
kitchen & bath e-design
Fill out our online questionnaire, chat with us on the phone or via zoom, and together, we will refine the design boards up to two times. Please note that changing kitchen or bath layouts is extra -we collaborate with specialists at an additional cost.
We suggest everything from finishes to furniture. Your package? Two stunning design boards, a shopping list, and handy installation guides – all through Wind & Stone Designs!

The process usually takes 2-4 weeks per room (once a spot is available) and includes: - Inquire / Join Waiting List and start a Pinterest board! - Submit Payment, Measurements, & Online Questionnaires - Phone Consultation (20-30 minutes) - Design Board Review & Feedback (2 revisions included within design fee) - Design Package Delivery (includes a 2D or 3D floor plan/furniture layout, shopping list, final design boards, and install guides)

W&S charges a fixed fee per room. Costs vary depending on the type of room (i.e. kitchen vs. living room) size, and the extent of design (décor only vs. full room). The prices range from $600 - $2,000 per room. We also require a 50% (refundable) furniture/décor retainer per room. When you contact us about a project, we will provide more details.

Only with our remodel service. Changing kitchen and bathroom layouts are not included in the scope of our E-Design fees. If W&S are contracted for kitchen, bathroom, or laundry design assistance, and a new layout or cabinetry is required, W&S will recommend one of the kitchen / semi-custom cabinetry experts that we partner with to assist with cabinetry selection and layout (our partners charge additional fees) . W&S will be looped into the process, and can assist with vision and suggest layout options.
W&S will provide suggestions for all fixtures, furniture, and hard finishes, but recommends seeing all hard finishes in person at local stores, slab yards, tile stores etc., or ordering samples online. We also recommend that you consult with your contractor before ordering. Purchasing and installation details for some hard finishes (such as countertops and cabinetry) are worked out between you and your contractor / builder / tradespersons.

SideDoor handles all damage claims; however, they need to know about the issue as soon as possible. Items shipped to your receiver of choice must be inspected upon delivery for them to make a claim with the shipper or manufacturer. They will arrange repair or replacement of the item as required if it is damaged in transit. Please note that damage claims must be reported to Side Door within 48 hours following delivery of an item.

All sales through SideDoor are final. If an item arrives damaged, please let a SideDoor team member know and SideDoor will either send a repairperson to repair the damaged item or send a replacement.

SideDoor is our partner that secures and fulfills your order and handles our logistics and customer service. Their team is fantastic! SideDoor customer support can be contacted for any questions or concerns about delivery and/or damages.

We are not able to take returns, cancellations, or exchanges, as trade-only items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. All sales are final unless the product(s) is damaged in transit. Before purchasing and upon request, we are happy to provide tear sheets, additional images, and available upholstery samples to give you 100% confidence in your purchase! Inspect all items upon delivery. If a product is damaged, take photographs of the packaging and product, contact SideDoor customer service, and copy W&S Designs within 48 hours. The SideDoor team will arrange for a repair or for the manufacturer to send a new piece(s).
